Pink's Workout Routine</h3>

Pink's Workouts were really dependent on schedule. She'll aim for 90 minutes, five days a week. Her exercises were usually in an environment of 75 percent heart rate, for steady state cardio. Her heart rate would be between 155 and 165 for the entire session.<br />

For resting periods, she'll do stretching which would cause her heart rate to go down. It’s not grueling, but it’s definitely tough to sustain that heart rate for the entire 90 minutes. She also aims for an hour of cardio or yoga six days a week.<br />
