Pink's Workout And Diet Plan - How Pink Stays In Shape

Alecia Beth Moore, better known as Pink, career success has shown that she is incredibly dedicated to her music. And looking at the body that she has managed to maintain throughout the years, it's not surprising that she is very committed to her fitness routine as well.

Pink’s former personal trainer, Gregory Joujon-Roche once shared what the songstress' workout and diet plan was like when they worked together. According to Gregory who worked with Pink on and off for over six years, "Pink's training involved a ton of cleansing, cardio, martial arts, lengthening, toning, stripping, and sweating. Everything was fun, loose, and high energy! We focused on a lot of free-motion body awareness."

Pink's Workout Routine

Pink's Workouts were really dependent on schedule. She'll aim for 90 minutes, five days a week. Her exercises were usually in an environment of 75 percent heart rate, for steady state cardio. Her heart rate would be between 155 and 165 for the entire session.

For resting periods, she'll do stretching which would cause her heart rate to go down. It’s not grueling, but it’s definitely tough to sustain that heart rate for the entire 90 minutes. She also aims for an hour of cardio or yoga six days a week.

Pink's favorite workouts were outdoor cardio such as running, jogging and running. She loved to get outdoors said her former personal trainer. But no matter what she was required to do she always took that time to be fully present and honor her workout time.

Pink's Diet Plan

When it comes to eating, Pink would follow a plan according to her gold. One of the diet plan she used to get in top shape for a special event started with an 11-day power cleanse.

After the cleanse, she'll start eating proteins very carefully. The proteins were kept as green as possible. She would also eat lots of fiber and good fats. Sugars were consumed only around the workouts to use certain calories as fuels. Then after the first 30 days, her diet would be quinoa, fresh veggies, superfood shakes, super shots, and wellness shots. The focus was to incorporated things that are really healthy but also user friendly.
